Are "La Tortilla Factory" Wraps Atkins safe??

I LOVe these wraps, I use to eat them before I started Atkins, now I"m wondering if I can eat them while on induction.

1 Small wrap =
50 cal
2g fat
11g Carb
8g FIBER!!!
0 sugar
5g protein

Tonight I had one (ok maybe 2, hee hee), with chicken and cheese pressed in a panini grill...ummmmm,
so what does everyone think?

I don't necessarily follow any plan but I love these also. I eat about 1-2 per week and generally with tuna salad, spinach leaves and a slice of cheese. YUM

I shop at Sobey's, they aren't with the breads, but usually on display in front of the deli counter.
They are pricey, $4.99 cnd, for a package of 10

It depends on the person. I have serious trouble controlling my consumption of these. And they lead me down the path of eating more and ever more refined bread substances.

So I avoid them.

Other people love then and can eat them without any problems.

If you're following 2002 Atkins, the tortillas are not ok until the grain rung--but they are Atkins friendly, yeah!

This is touch and go but our Super Wmart carries them in the bread section on a separate shelf for tortillas and pitas.

I have gotten Joseph's Lavash bread at super Wal-mart. Are these about the same thing?
