Here's my basic recipe...
2 eggs 1 T. Cream 1 T. CO, melted 6-8 oz. near-boiling, really strong tea Stevia to taste I mix eggs and cream in my Magic Bullet for about 15 seconds. Add the CO and stevia, and then the piping-hot tea, and blend again for another 5 seconds. I love using the flavored teas! I usually use 2 tea bags. I have made them cold, in which case I use cold tea. I also freeze really strong tea in ice cube trays and add a few. |
