Start Date: 3/1/2004 Restart 9/22 at 181.9 lbs
I've had the worse day

1st-I wake up feeling sick to my stomach,cold all over,and dizzy
then it progresses to moodiness,brain fog and a overall funk about myself,LC,life in general..
I kept thinking maybe I needed more carbs but ive done good and didnt want to mess up sooooo,I ate LC food like a pig instead. UGGGHH.
This is what I ate today
1 atkins bar(I was on the road and needed something)
chicken bacon ranch salad
1 bowl broccoli cheese soup
12 almonds
This where it goes down hill
1 scoop lc icecream
1 handful sunflower seeds
1 spoon cream cheese w/ veggies
It was like I was trying to "feel better" with food.
I still feel out of sorts,only now,my stomach aches too.
I pray tommorrow is better
The weird thing is ive been doing good and feeling great and then its like both my mind and body rebeled.

I have seen much worse "bad day" lists of things eaten (not only seen them, but ate them).

To be honest, I looked at your list of foods and don't see it as being that much or being any major problems ... Do you normally eat less than this? That sounds like a farely normal amount -- I might even want to see a few more veggies added in ... I know you had the salad at lunch .. but perhaps you need some veggies somewhere else?

Your food intake doesn't look bad at all..However, if you are truly "sick to your tummy", you should eat foods that are easy to digest..

Hopefully, you don't have the tummy virus that many of us have had.

You're being too hard on yourself. When I eat carby foods like a pig, I can do much worse than you!!

Sometimes when I wake up not feeling so happy, I force a smile on my face and convince myself that it's going to be an awesome day! It sounds so extremely corny but it works everyday. The rest of the day really does go better when you carry a better attitude.
