Does anyone lose weight during their T.O.M

It never fails, I gain about three pounds during the first few days, then lose it all in one right after. I would love to actually stay the same or even better--LOSE!

That's just water fluctuation due to all of those wacky hormones that go haywire during TOM.

It always looked like I would stall at TOM, but then in 24 hours or so, I'd drop at least 4 pounds - whoosh..... I figure I was losing all along, but water retention would offset the loss to make it look like a stall.

I never do - I usually gain 2 or 3 - but they whoosh away after it's over.

I don't usually gain before TOM, and most of the time I drop 1.5-2lbs on day 3 or so.

Then it goes back to where I started..

vicious cycle I think I am the only one who looks forward to TOM to see my weight hit a low LOL

I gain big with TOM, so I stay away from the scale. But then again, I never weigh anyway.

TOM right now-I gained .5 pound and have been holding on to it all week. Could be worse! I hope I get a whoosh next week.....

I always lose during TOM...I look forward to it now because I know a whooosh is just around the corner. Go figure.

So, moral of the story...yes, it is possible to lose. Good luck.
