Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Italian sausage omelet.
Lunch - Cole slaw and chili.
Dinner - Meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and green beans w/bacon and onion.

D: Deviled Eggs (going to dinner with friends, if they have any no carb items I'll eat, if not, I'm having my eggs!)

6:00 am breakfast: one cream cheese muffin and coffee

around 9:00 snack/ breakfast if hungry: 0 carb sausage

12:00 lunch: taco meat on baby spinach leaves and sals

dinner: tuna salad on oopsie roll

Breakfast-Atkin's shake-Was very late getting ready for work this morning! 1-carb.

Lunch-Boar's head pork and beef hot dog w/mustard-1 carb, 2 cups of salad with buttermilk ranch-3 carb.

Dinner-rib eye steak with 2 tblsp. whipped cream cheese-1 carb., fresh cooked spinach with mushrooms and black olives drizzled with olive oil-8 carb

Snack-cinnamon bun Atkin's bar-1 carb or SF jello with L.O.L. whipped cream-1 carb.

I like the bars and shakes...hubby doesn't! I also like the fact that they have vitamins. I don't seem to stall from them.

Okay, this is my first time contributing to these "what did you eat" threads

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, decaf coffee
Lunch: Coffee egg cream with vanilla whey protein powder, a couple of bites of rotisierre (sp) chicken
Snack: 2 string cheeses
Dinner: Salad with Rotisierre chicken, blue cheese crumbles, 4 olives and one anchovy with ranch dressing

LOTS of water
