Breakfast - Italian sausage omelet. Lunch - Cole slaw and chili. Dinner - Meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and green beans w/bacon and onion. |

Okay, this is my first time contributing to these "what did you eat" threads
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, decaf coffee Lunch: Coffee egg cream with vanilla whey protein powder, a couple of bites of rotisierre (sp) chicken Snack: 2 string cheeses Dinner: Salad with Rotisierre chicken, blue cheese crumbles, 4 olives and one anchovy with ranch dressing LOTS of water |
