Good morning everyone!
So who's working out today?

I didn't end up working out yesterday, but I do plan on running 4 miles after work tonight.

Have a good workout and burn those pounds off.

I could NOT sleep last night, managing less than 2 hours. How I'm gonna work today is beyond me. Exercise? How many calories did I burn tossing and turning for 5 hours?

I think i need to somehow amp up my workout, cuz the weight is not moving! so i'll aim for 30 min on the gazelle and 10 min abs and i dont know what else.

Day 2 for me back in the gym after my 3 week pity party
Did 1 hour on the treadmill (5.5kilometers), then came home and did 80 stomach crunches and 3 sets of 25 reps each arm with 5kg freeweights... feeling like mush.
I definately need new shoes cause my feet started to KILL after only about 20 minutes on the treadmill.
The shoes I have now are a $20 pair of adidas knockoff street shoes with absolutely no support. Totally not meant for exercising in. I'm just not wanting to make that investment cause I'm in Korea for another 2 months and you can get women's shoes here in a size 10! So I'd have to buy men's and I feel like they wouldn't be the ideal fit.. that and because can only go home with as much as I can fit into my 2 suitcases... and after a year here I've got a crap load of clothes and other stuff.. shoes take up a lot of space. If I just make due with my current pair then I can just chuck them before I go and save the space for more important things... anyway, sorry to go off on a tangeant....
