Hi Kimberli,
Since we are a family of 5 I am constantly on the go and cooking. We eat really simple whole foods. My fav. right now is just whole roasted chicken with brussel sprouts. Just sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil on chicken and put it in the roaster or oven. After a while I put a pan of brussel sprouts with salt and pepper and put the pan under the chicken rack. This way the dripping of the chicken goes into the brussel sprouts. Really quick and I can leave the house while this is cooking!

Just tried Jody's pumpkin bake and it was great. I only had 2 very small pieces and the rest my diabetic mother ate atleast it was sugar free i guess.

I have pumpkin bars cooling now and will frost later and refrigerate over night.
cheesecake factory cheesecake in rr is awesome! i leave off the crust to save a few carbs!
