Hi Kimberli,
Since we are a family of 5 I am constantly on the go and cooking. We eat really simple whole foods. My fav. right now is just whole roasted chicken with brussel sprouts. Just sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil on chicken and put it in the roaster or oven. After a while I put a pan of brussel sprouts with salt and pepper and put the pan under the chicken rack. This way the dripping of the chicken goes into the brussel sprouts. Really quick and I can leave the house while this is cooking! |
