I'll be working out in a few hours here. I have been working out daily for the last couple of weeks so I am not about to stop now. weekends are difficult for me. But I am determined this time.

40 minute walk/jog - with dog stopping to do his business, chase squirrels, pee on poles..geesh. I guess he needs his exercise too

I want to start posting in here to help hold myself accountable. I am working on being a "regular exerciser" and getting better at it all of the time! I got 6 days in this week! I am going for my 4th in vitro attempt in January and I need to lose as much as possible before then!

Today I did Tamilee Webb's "I Want That Body" Abs Program 1 and Arms Program 1.

Just got back from an 8 mile walk. Wanted to see if I could walk to work and back (I can!). Unfortunately, I won't be doing this because
a. I'd have to leave in the dark (6:30) to be there by 8:00 and allow...
b. shower time because I was TOTALLY unpresentable (sweaty, sweaty, sweaty)

But I still felt good about being able to do it.

It wasn't much, but I walked downtown to our Pickle Festival then back up the hill to my house. Round trip, with walking around at the festival, was probably 1.5 miles. Not much, but for me, that's good.

3.2 mile walk followed by 140 crunches (70 regular, 30 reverse, 40 obliques), and delts and triceps using 12.5 pound weights.

I've been planting ixora bushes for the past 2 hours and pulling weeds in the yard.

Next up: washing my convertible.

My goal was to ride my bike 8-10 miles, but we got a call from the A/C guy saying he would be out. So we cut the ride short. Only got 5 miles in, and he never showed!!
