I am so proud of me

I went to Out Back last night I figured I would end up screwing up my first week of L/C. Well I planned before we went, looked on their website, planned some more, btw I was starving!! I found out about loaded broccoli here, oh my its wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Planned some more. While my husband is stuffing that wonderful bread they serve in his mouth and I am telling him he is going to hell!! LOL I didnt eat anything wrong, SO SO unlike me, but I am determined to be healthy and less fluffy

. I have a date and a goal, I am less than 7 days back on and down 8 pounds and in large ketosis, so so happy for water weight loss or whatever I can get that keeps me motivated!! Thanks for all the info this board shares and motivation as well

i want sweets...ugghhh I hate it when I do this I think I will go to bed!! Thanks for everyones support, funny how our mind thinks, why do I want sweets?? I dont really want them one bite and I need counseling!! LOL its not worth it, btw I think I am venting or something to that .....LOL
