Mini Moos!!

So at work they have a big box of little individual teensy cups of Half and Half...called "Mini Moos"...I love saying that!

It doesn't have to be refridgerated ~ Does anyone know how many carbs Half and Half is?

Dairy is not a no carb food. Remember how the govt allows mfg to label carb counts-0 if it is .5 or less carbs, <1 if .9 to .5. There are hidden carbs. I ran this through a carbs calculator and it says 1.5 while Fitday says .64 for a .5 fl oz container.

Everyone has told me to switch to heavy cream in my coffee but the 2 brands my grocery store carries both have almost the same carb count as half and half....1 g per 2 tablespoons....is there heavy cream out there with less?

Mine has .8 per ounce-half and half has 1.3. Cream tastes better, is richer for me and has healthy saturated fats. I have to use more half and half to get my coffee how I like it.

What brand are you using?
I only use 1 tblspoon anyway and either one works for me...just wondering why they were so similiar 1g vs 2 g when I had heard that heavy cream was better...I don't have a car so I am limited to the 2 grcery stores i my townn (I live 5 mins outside NYC) so I guess I am stuck with what I have

Run them through a hidden carbs calculator to check the carb counts. Also many store brand creams are not pure cream but have ingredients added to them. Try an organic cream and check the ingredients.
