...Is there fat in salt and pepper?!

I was in subway yesterday, getting the big philly cheestake as a salad and one of the customers said this, in a joking manner I guess but it was still very eye roll inducing. I wonder what they must of thought of me, telling the lady more cheese and olive oil please! While they enjoy their cardboard tasting fat-free sandwhich teehehe.

That is funny! I wish people knew or would listen to me when I say that FAT is not bad for you.

I told the DF last night that in addition to our normal family moto (If It's Free It's For Me!) we have a new one - Fat Is Where It's At! I may have to have a pillow or magnet made....
