Thanks for posting! The withdrawal he describes is exactly what happened early in my induction -- terrible headaches and I slept for 2 days

Thanks for posting that...very interesting! I am so amazed that I'm not using sugar anymore. I think it's an addiction for me, though, so I pray that I can keep this up!
