Spoiled sunflower oil?

I've been using this bottle of sunflower oil for oil pulling for months. I just noticed it says "Refrigerate after opening." Yikes!

Do I need to throw it out?

I would some oils are already rancid or damaged on the store shelves. You can Google this for more info.
