Oh but do make sure they do not have any added spices, the BBQ ones will have carbs
![]() And be careful of the salt.. if you overdo it, it can make your scale not like you much in the AM. I double dare you to try some with a little cinnamon, splenda and cream... it tastes amazingly like cinnamon toast crunch cereal! |

Oh yeah. I try not to over do those because of the sodium. But every once in a while if I really need a chip...I'll get some pork rinds.
