i am on the induction phase of the diet, is it possible to eat pork rinds. they do not have any carbs

Oh but do make sure they do not have any added spices, the BBQ ones will have carbs

And be careful of the salt.. if you overdo it, it can make your scale not like you much in the AM.

I double dare you to try some with a little cinnamon, splenda and cream... it tastes amazingly like cinnamon toast crunch cereal!

Oh yeah. I try not to over do those because of the sodium. But every once in a while if I really need a chip...I'll get some pork rinds.
