I Made "The Pizza"!

And it was good! It always amazes me how I get the satisfied feeling on LC, not the stuffed full feeling!!

I hated that.

I make one on a hamburger crust. Press hamburger into a glass pie shell, nuke til browned, pour off grease, add toppings, nuke again to melt.

This version does look good also, but how do you get it out of the pan? lol.

What did you use for sauce?

Is that a fruitloop next to the pan?

The pizza looks great!
I always complained about pizza companies not selling the toppings alone which I thought was the best part. Now I can have just that without worrying about calories! Woo!!

I do believe that is what I call them, but they are Apple Jacks and NO...I would never....they are my daughter's!

That is funny, as I grabbed that Apple Jack and gave it to my puppy that really wanted my pizza!

It actually slid right out of the pan...on to the plate! The sauce is a LC Marina sauce

That is funny!! I notice things like that in pictures too!! And I always call her cereal Fruitloops too!

Thanks I made something quick like that and it turned out pretty good... Just mixed some ground chuck and ground pork with an egg and some ground flax... Sauted that til it was done and topped with my low carb pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzerella... Did the trick, quick and very good...

I'm really grateful for this recipe, Bob!

I made mine with the following additions/substitutions: one broken up sausage patty instead of pepperoni, onions, fresh mushrooms and I added some Italian Seasoning and Garlic. DEEEELIIIISSSHH...except...I couldn't figure out what the odd sweet smell was that was coming from it. Turns out I had use MAPLE sausage. (I slay myself some days!) It would have been perfect had I not done that!

Sweetpoison: Did you use 2 oz. of cheese? It doesn't look like enough. That, or too much sauce. Also, if you use a smaller, non-stick skillet you get the "crust" effect.

I used to love apple jacks but then I found out that it really is ALL sugar. The first ingredient is sugar. All 25g per serving.

They taste good though but just not the healthiest. My boyfriend won't give them up so I just started to call them what they are: Poison in a box. LOL. Told him that he might as well eat rat poison. He hasn't bought any since.

Yes, that pizza is very good, had it again today for brunch but with the ground beef and ground pork added...very quick too! Thanks again for the tip!
