I guess I don't mind exercise...it's more the thought of doing it. I tend to procrastinate and find it easy to come up with excuses to do something else. Once I get started, I don't mind it and I'm always glad I did it when I'm finished.

I love to workout! I'm am a happier, more confident person when I work out consistently. If I have to miss several days of workouts, watch out! I'm like a little she-devil

I do think it's interesting that most of the people in this thread that exercise consistently are all pretty close to or at goal (based on people's stats). It's actually very motivating!

I really like exercise, ab work, and resistance training with light dumbbells - but LOVE that moment when it's done, out of the way, and I'm on to the next thing. That's why I tend to do it the moment I roll out of bed!

i like to bike too but what i love about exercise is the endorphin rush.
for me, it is my sanity, my stress-reliever. i like to go to classes with instructors that push you hard. i like mini-challenges. even if its just 1 more minute of running hard.
variety keeps it interesting for me.
without exercise i would most likely go bananas

I have been learning to run since last April. When I started, I could barely run 30 seconds at a time. It is the end of September, and I am doing 2 miles every other day. It is GREAT! I have found that running is a place I can burn off my anxiety, and last night my 11 year old daughter went with me. It was an awesome time to bond, and made me feel great for being a good role model for her! And, I signed up and am training for my first 5k. It's exciting to see what your body can do.

Naz, what a true inspiration you are!

I'm so happy you are loving running ... it truly does become your ZEN, doesn't it?

Those 5 weeks I couldn't weightbear on my foot were TORTUOUS ... even now, although I'm walking, I surely miss running .. and am counting down the days until I run again!

WTG, GIRLFRIEND!
