So This Diabetic's A1C Greatly Improved

Whoo hoo!!!!!!

Last time it was checked I was 6.7. Yesterday it was 5.3.

The dr. told me if I continue the way I am, there won't be any symptoms of diabetes. It doesn't mean I won't have it anymore but I will be symptom free. But he added- it'll be just like you don't have it.

Go low-carb!!!!!

The greatest thing of all- is I don't feel obsessed with carbs anymore.

That is awesome.. Makes the life change so worth it... I know when i am eating off plan and not doing my power walks my bloodpressure goes up around 20 pts on each number..
And with a dad who had strokes due to HBP I need to do this..

I hope you told your doctor how you pulled it off. So many don't understand the power of low carbing.

That is great. My aunt is 9!!!!!!!!! She has got to get it together. I am happy for you.
