Good Morning!!

Breakfast - Cantaloupe and a cranberry-spice One Minute Muffin w/cream cheese.
Lunch - Ham, sauerkraut, and cheese casserole.
Dinner - Rolled chicken breast stuffed w/ricotta, andouille sausage & mozzerella served over Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce, and a side of Rustica roasted brussel sprouts.

I have no one to cook for other than myself today, so it is:
B: Bacon and eggs, WASA cracker with some natural PB, coffee w/cream
L: Big bowl of tuna mixed w/ mayo with a some veggies
D: Big mixed salad with meat and full fat dressing

B: leftover smoked shredded chicken thighs w/ lc bbq sauce
L: 2 deviled eggs,celery sticks,radishes,sliced cukes,red pepper strips all sipped in fresh ranch
S: small egg cream (tangarine diet rite,vanilla,1 TBS heavy cream, 1 egg)
D: ribs,lc coleslaw,fresh green beans w/bacon

B: 4 bacon, coffee/cream

L: not sure yet - maybe tuna or Hardees low carb burger (yum)

D: going out - not sure about that either!

Breakfast is all I know yet

I had 4 slices of bacon with cream cheese for dipping and 2 soft fried eggs YUM...I'm set for a while..
2 big cups of coffee with cream
I have a nail appt at 12:00 and usually I bring home lunch for everyone after this. Maybe a bunless burger..
Church tonight at 5:30 so it will be a wierd eating day.Maybe just Ham and cheeese roll ups after church.

D: Cubed Steak; spinach w/butter & ACV; water

S: 2 squares 72% dark chocolate

D: We'll be out of town so I'm not sure. I'll find something on plan
