Need Some Quick and Easy Airplane Food

I've had NO time to cook this week, Hurricane Ike took that away from me.

All I have at home are almonds and nuts. I don't think I could take a tin of oysters or sardines past TSA.

My scotch eggs got warm so I had to toss them all

Suggestions beyond nuts?

Hi WenB...
My wife took some sandwich mayo packets on the plane to DC a couple weeks back. They took her makeup and left the tuna, mayo, and jerky alone...can't speak for every airport or inspector.
