Right now I am eating the worst salad I have ever purchased.

It was suppose to be a Cobb Salad....since when does a cobb salad have chicken on it and no turkey???

Anyway, I was eating a cucumber and it tasted chemically...like detergent or something. So anyway... right now after picking the curtons, cucumbers, dried avacados? and a few other questionable things off of it ..I am left with no ambition to really finish it.

NO WORRIES!!!

BTW, I got the mexican spinach lasagna recipe from Linda Sue's "UPDATES" link on her website. She just recently posted that and this will be my first time making it. I love the regular lasagna recipe, but I'm excited about this Mexican variation!

Ended up having no lunch. Been very stressed out lately so just not hungry. I will try and force either the rest of that salad or something down for dinner tonight.
