Day 11 and feeling great..

Wow I can't believe how quick induction is going for me. I think I may stay with a clean induction for a few more weeks. I'm excited to see results..I will weigh in sunday on day 14.. and then I will fix my stats because they are wrong.

Good for you. GRATS!

Don't be afraid to move into OWL though! This often leads to increasing your vegetable intake and reducing calories, which can actually help in weight loss now that your appetite and metabolism is under control.

Many people who stay on induction begin to stall on it and don't see continued weight loss until they enter into OWL with a bit more carbs and generally less calories. Just something to consider!
