Baby steps! Full fat cheese was just on the radio news...

She was talking about healthy snack choices.

Apparently there is research out there that full fat cheese, is better for you than low fat or no fat cheese (in moderation of course...)

And it helps prevent heart disease.

"Full fat cheese is the BEST snack for your heart, and will keep you fuller than low fat too" she said.

of course we pretty much all knew that, but now so does everyone who listens to at least that station LOL

It's not just kids, I love Babybels too! Hey, they're perfectly portion controlled! Ideal for the lunchbox.

yum cheese
I have blueberry stilton, a fabulous brandy cured basque sheep cheese, and a delicious irish cheese I have been using for evening snacks.
When I can have the carbs I absolutely adore dried dates with chevre

Babybel lover here!

I've only tried the original but saw that Costco has cheddar now also.

Oh boy!

I am a big cheese lover but I really have to work hard to limit myself. LOL. If allowed I can eat an entire 2 lb block in a day. Piece by piece.
