in the zero carb thread you were talking a little about the plan that you are on and I would like to know more about it and who that Dr is and where I can get info on him. I would like to know what you eat in a day and how much. I asked you in the zero carb thread but, I guess you didnt see it. I tried to IM you but it wouldnt let me. I saw that you listed some of your supplements, was there any others that you take?
