Evil Office Chocolate Monster

This keeps getting in my way. I'll be good for 2 weeks and then work stress or just plan love of chocolate will lead me astray.

Today I ate around 50carbs. Granted, I will still fall into low carb, but it could stall me.

I need help overcoming the monster.

Just a thought... some may disagree of course, but my naturopath does believe that the body often craves things it needs. Not the chocolate per se, but the magnesium. Many chocoholics are deficient in magnesium. Chocolate has higher levels of magnesium. Maybe you could try supplementing and see if it makes an impact on YOUR chocolate cravings.

You will learn to stay out of the place at work that holds temptations! I think a high protein choco drink may help - that can will help me sip a hi pro hot chocolate, even throw in some half and half and unsweetened cocoa pdr with 1 pkt splenda to get it dark chocolate.

Buy some high quality chocolates for your desk. if you don't trust yourself, portion it out and only keep 1-2 portions in there.
