I take a boatload. I read Dr. Atkins' Vita Nutrient Solution in 2002 and that's when I started taking more. Coincidentally, I've never been healthier.

Multi-Vitamin
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Evening Primrose, Flax Oil, Vitamin B6, Potassium supplement, and Fish Oil I was taking Caltrate but it upsets my stomach. I use real cinnamon on top of my yogurt and drink lots of green tea. Last edited by LoraJR72 : 09-12-2008 at 10:08 AM. |
