Calcium
Fish Oil
Chromium
Biotin
Elderberry

When my doctor lowers my bp meds and also takes away my diuretic I am going to add in CoQ10, taurine and magnesium.

My list is sure getting long. Funny to think that before I couldn't even take pills.
