its also an anti-inflammatory (so is turmeric, but cinnamon tastes better, though turmeric is easy to blend into things)

I take 100 mg. per day. I am 44, very active, genetically high cholesterol no history of heart disease.
Depending upon your age, activity level and heart condition/history your dosage will vary.

I also take 100 mg of CoQ10 daily. I am 52, very active, with a mother who had congestive heart failure like FOREVER. Of course, she was overweight, sedentary, diabetic, etc. Despite that, she lived to 87. Even so, I take no chances.

Thank you, I will be 46 next week, high cholesterol & heart conditions runs in the family but I don't have it, where I order my vitamins it said the 100 is the most popular so I will order that one.
