Cottage Cheese

Hello everyone! I just received the DVD called Atkins Complete Deluxe Edition. Comes with a carb counter and a little booklet about how to do Atkins. The book lists cottage cheese as an allowed food and was wondering if this is new or ....?? I have the Atkins book from years ago and cottage cheese was not allowed. If someone knows if this is a new development - please let me know! Thank you so much for your help!!!

Hi and welcome yes c/c is allowed just not when you start..I think you can check the Atkins site for this

You can add it back at the soft cheese rung of OWL.
