Question for Apple Cider Vinegar Peeps

Are the capsules as effective as drinking the acv? I couldn't find acv in the store today but I found the capsules(that state on the bottle that they are just as effective). Just wondering!!

I don't believe them to be as effective.....but it's a start! Now you can order a bottle of ACV on line. It's a good idea to replace your dead vinegar with this fabulous "live food"

Thanks Fawn! I didn't buy the capsules, told dh that I had to come here first and ask!!!!!! Will try looking at the health food store first, if not, I will order it online.

I work at GNC.. (General Nutrition Center) We always carry ACV liquid and pills.. check at your local GNC
