Seems more for me. But that also may have a lot to do with the fact that I'm not drinking at all and therefore disturbing my sleep patterns. That, and I wasn't getting enough sleep anyway.

Better sleep - more sound sleep - even when you get less sleep its a better quality.

Last couple of days I have noticed increased energy with increasing fats, and sleeping better. Upon wakening I am also more alert...who knew!!!

I sleep much better, LESS, and have 10x more energy. I'm not constantly craving a mid-afternoon nap (which would end up 2-3 hours) every day like I used to.

I'm great on 6 hours of sleep and sometimes it's only 5, but I feel refreshed and can't really sleep more than that anyway. Usually I'm so tired by the time I head to bed that I'm asleep in no time at all and stay asleep unless I have to pee, which can be often some nights. Also, I wake up feeling energetic, not sluggish at all.

Okay, during re-inducting after going off of LC for a few weeks, I am sooo tired that you couldnt differntiate from a zombie... But once I stick it out and get over the induction flu, (such as recently) I have come to find that I sleep LESS hours and feel MORE energized! I can sleep 5-6 hours and be totally A- OK to work a 12 hour shift the next day, where before I HAD to get at least 8 hours!! I even have the tendency to wake up before my alarm every morning

When I'm in keto - I have to force myself to get to sleep at night and am up with the chickens in the morning. I love it!!!! Especially in the winter when it's dark and would normally have a hard time wakening.
