I eat a variety of foods so this won't happen. Some days I can have a bite of whatever and be fine - other days I will overdose on it.
Filling foods are anything w/fat and protein. |

YES. I can relate. Today because I had a stressful day at work I was going to Hardees to pick up some stuff for me and bf. I got a huge burger and 2 chili dogs (no buns of course) BUT I scarfed them down like Id never eaten in my life!
Its TOM here too soooo that could explain it. Other times I think its just NOT EXPLAINABLE!! ![]() |

Things I find filling for relatively few calories:
Salad Pickles - with a little extra pickle juice Various broth based soup with lots of veggies (chicken soup, beef, minestrone, various vegetable soups) Oven roasted veggies with olive oil and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cottage cheese Eggs in various forms |
