Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Lettuce salad and a piece of cheeseburger pie.
Dinner - Roast pork, cranberry relish, curried cauli-rice pilaf, and broccoli.

L: Ham/cheese/pickle roll ups; water

D: Going out with friends - steak; salad w/ranch; hopefully they'll have a non-starchy veggie I can have w/butter; water

B-Betty's cream cheese pancakes and bacon (OMG, made hubby jealous cuz he was running late for work and I was cooking up these decadent yummies LOL, told him tomorrow he'll have to get up earlier if he wants a nummy breakfast at home)
L-tuna salad with pork rinds
D-chicken leg quarters, Linda Sue's cauliflower bisque and salad.

- 2 scrambled eggs in 1/2 TB butter topped w/1 oz colby cheese

L - 1/2 c. buttered spaghetti squash topped with 1/2 c. homemade cincinnati chili w/ 1 oz. colby cheese and 1 TB sour cream
- 1 c. lettuce salad with ranch dressing

D - Baked Chicken legs
- Sauteed zuchinni in bacon grease
- 1 c. salad w/ greek dressing

I still have to enter my dinner into fitday - might have to tweak according to induction level eating.

L: Salad with a bit of red onion, chicken and bacon

S: A few nuts (pecans and pistachios)

D: I am going to cook a pork roast with seasonings (sage, fennel seeds, kosher salt and black pepper) on a bed of garlic slices and then make a sauce with the drippings and chicken stock. A green salad to go with it, probably with Caesar dressing. Oh and some sauteed mushrooms

Lots of water and plain ice tea

1T. reduced sugar ketchup
1T. olive oil
1 coffee w/2T. heavy cream & davinci.

Snack:
1/8c. raw almonds

Dinner:
Salad (spinach, 5oz. salmon, 1/4. avocado, 1oz. sliced english cucumber, 1T. chopped onion, 1oz. diced tomato, 2T. chunky salsa, 2T. olive oil, 2T. red wine vinegar, 1oz. french white cheese/crumble)

Dessert:
cheesecake yogurt (1/3 cup. plain yogurt, 1/8 cup. raw almonds, 1/2 small slice. crustless cheesecake/broken up -- MIXED TOGETHER)

P.M. Snack:
1 coffee w/heavy cream & davinci
