Please help Cheesecake factory

Im on the road again. I travel for work. Its very hard to stay low carb, thank god for ceaser salad. lol. I just got chicked piccata from the Cheesecake factory. The lady said she belived it had no flour in it, now I am wondering about the sause, its really creamy. I hope the chicked isnt floured and then sauteed. It sucks to had messed up over this dish and not even get cheese cake, plus I asked for asparagus instead of pasta. Has anyone ever eaten this before and had problems? ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Im depressed. I should have had a bunless burger .... again

It's one meal. Even if it was higher in carbs, don't let it derail your motivation to get back on track.

Thanks Mark! I know they used flour in the meal, oh well. At least I didnt eat bread or sugar. Im very close to where you live. Hehehe

Oh yeah? Which CCF did you go to? I only recently learned that there is one in the Natick Mall.

Just to ease your mind a bit. When I make my piccata I use just a dusting of flour on the chick (1/4 cup for 6 breasts and still have flour left to throw out). What gives the sauce that creamy taste is the butter - usually lots of butter in the sauce.

Im in burlington, went to downtown Boston and new hampshire. lol. I love Newburry street. I did a lot of shopping and found a great sushi place.

I've only been to Burlington a couple of times. There's a Macaroni Grill there, which is one of my roommate's favorite restaurants, so I take him there on his birthday sometimes. But we discovered the one in Providence is closer.

They usually do bread it a little. I usually get their cobb salad, steak diane, lettuce wraps, or fish of the day. Also, when you go to Cheesecake Factory you can get a dessert - low carb cheesecake. But the manager at Cheesecake Factory told me that they are revising the low carb cheesecake so they are temporarily not selling them for a few weeks. He says it won't be as plain but they are keeping it low carb. The original low carb cheesecake had 6 net carbs - I wonder if they are going to change the carb count?
