Go to the top "weight goal" tab
Then the lower "calorie restriction" tab (And as long as you have already set up your goal weight and date) There it will show... *Time Span *Pounds to Lose *Pounds per Week *Pounds per Day HTH ![]() |

The thing I'm having a problem with (otherwise I am loving the changes) is when you want to customize a food. There isn't a choice for oz - cups - tsp - etc. The only choice is *serving.*
Anyone? |

They took out alot of the options for clean foods too, I noticed. They used to have lots of different beef options, for example. Now, they loaded it with a bunch of restaurant stuff like Calorie King has and the "raw" foods are just kind of generic.
