Helpful Tool

Here's a tip if you like keeping track of your progress....I use the CalorieKing Nutrition and Exercise Manager from calorieking.com You can define your nutrition goals, add custom menus, plus it has a database already full of popular foods you can pick from. You just drag over what you ate that day, and it can count your carbs for you. I love the exercise manager because I never know how many calories I'm burning...For instance, you can tell it how many minutes you mowed the lawn, or mopped the floor and it will figure it! You log your weight progress too.
