shank ham?(whole ham)
is this ok to eat? i had some yesterday and the frickin scale is up 8 pounds? i know this is water wieght but still it will take me 3 days or more to lose it. and i didnt just have a little i had a lot.

If the ham is not one of the summer salty ones and I drink lots and lots of water, I get only a little water gain and the fun of the swoosh when it goes away. Ham is approved for Atkins with the footnote * be aware some hams are cured with sugar which will add to your carb count.
