WOE: Atkins again! started 1992, lost.80. kept off 40!
Start Date: started again 7/08
I'M GUILTY!!

We went out too dinner last night, and I ordered turkey tips, steak tips and lamp tips. I asked the waiter not too put any sauce on them, but when I started eating it, it sure tasted as if there was sauce on them so I ate a bite of each, then took the rest home.

I also had three glasses of white wine and shouldn't of!! I didn't ingest any carbs at all during the day and I'm not sure how many carbs a 6 ounce glass of wine has!

I'm guilty of not staying clean!! When I got back home I had a single serving of cheese popcorn which had 11 grams of carbs!!!!

I won't dare get on the scale..

I feel like a big blob this morning.

It sure makes yeah feel awful when you fall off the wagon!! It's really not worth it, not even if it's one bite here and there!!

Yup, what they said. Use this as a learning experience. NOT a reason to go full bore, off the low carb WOE. good luck. It really could have been worse.

I agree! Just don't let it throw you off plan today. At least you didn't order dessert.

I did the same thing last night. I was in a volleyball tourney and my granddaughter was there. She wanted some mini corn dogs, which I got her (not much choice with concession stand food). Before I knew it, I had eaten 3 of the mini corn dogs.
But, I'm gonna change my cheat free sticker and move on. My motto, no shame, no blame, no guilt. May that cheat R.I.P. and now...progress not perfection. Guess what....ordinarily I would have used that to eat everything in sight until midnight because tomorrow I will start again. Not last night. Right over to the water jug...downed some H20 and back on track immediately.
