Wii???
Hi everyone,
I'm thinking about using part of my student loan to get a Wii system .. possibly Wii Fit also. I was wondering, is the game really that active? I mean, I've read the Wii thread a little -- but does it really count as a work-out? Thanks for the input. |

YES! You can actually work up a sweat doing it if you put the effort into it.
I LOVE it. It's the best money I've ever spent on ANY kind of exercise equipment - and I've spent some $$$ in my life! |

I see it as a toy first (a really fun one) and a piece of exercise equipment second. My hope is that continued use will have positive physical impact and I will become a woman who likes exercise.
