HEY! I just noticed something......

I'm sitting at my desk, and I have my feet up, so my mid section is crunched up a bit. I just noticed that:

1. I can still breathe

2. When I look down I can see my boobs but not my belly anymore! And it's dress down day at work, and for the first time I'm wearing JEANS because they're comfortable (loose, actually).

Hot diggity.

So as you're losing weight, what do YOU notice? Might was well end the week on a happy note, right?

How about running! We (parents) played softball against the All-Star team and I hit a home run! YES I ran all the bases without falling over!

I can see muscles and veins I haven't seen before... I can see my knuckles in my fingers and toes now... and I can see the toes that I broke as a kid (big knots) where before they were covered in fat.

My biggest thing was that people can now see my belt when looking at me from straight on. Used to be "shaded" by my belly.
