Just got back from TJ's with their Chianti red wine Artisan Salami and Greek Feta dressing. Yummy salad in the works for lunch!

Oh, one other thing is that TJ's just started carrying organic, grass fed ground beef. It's not inexpensive, but if it's important to you it's not a terrible price.

I made my own taco meat for homemade taco salads (no tortilla) using grass fed beef and a homemade seasoning and it was yummy! You have to cook grass fed beef gently because it has less fat and dries out quickly.

AND I get some supplements at TJ's for very good prices--Vitamin D3 capsules and Fish Oil Capsules. I think they were highly rated in Consumer Reports for really containing what the bottle says they contain.

At least at my local TJ's the grassfed beef all comes from New Zealand. Quite a haul.

Lately I've been buying quinoa at TJ's. Really good cooked with some beef broth and butter.

As mentioned, great prices! You can literally (sometimes) walk out of there with a BAGFUL of great stuff for for something like $23.

BTW Trader Joe's canned white albacore/ in spring water/ dolphin safe tuna @$1.49 per can is rated as #1 in a national taste test. Other little perks are that you can pick up vitamins, protein powders, teas, pet treats, chicken broth, fresh flowers, a greeting card if you need one, a nice bottle of wine for home if you have the occasional glass or for a hostess gift. Nuts, goat cheese (yum)!

It's the little things!
That which does not kill me....had better run like hell!!!
