It's THURSDAY! What are you eating today?
Good Morning!!
![]() Today is a travel day as I am off to the tender mercies of a meeting in New York City and the joys of maintaining a l/c lifestyle on the road. Breakfast - Cantaloupe before I leave for the airport and a deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese while I wait for my flight. Lunch - Cranberry spice One Minute Muffin w/cream cheese when I arrive in NYC. Dinner - ??? |

B: 3 large eggs, sausage and Boursin cheese omelette
L: Tinned salmon with mayo and spring onions. (Blech, didn't like it much, forgot I don't actually like tinned salmon.) S: 2 slices ham and small slice of cheese (pre-gym snack) D: Crockpot made brisket, with cabbage and onion sauted in butter and garlic. Damn, not enough veggies. ![]() |

1. water, 1 cup coconut water
2. 1/2 cup freshly juiced carrot, beet and cucumber 3. 4-5 ounces ribeye 1 mango cut up 4. black coffee w/ vco water 5. water w/ liver suppliment, rest of my juice 6. small salad w/ feta as a bed for village salad (tom cuc & onion w/ italian spices acv and evoo)which i'll dump on top, ribeye and/or gbeef. I have mucho leftovers at work rofl. water 7. coffee w/ vco maybe 8. homemade smoothie with berries and coconut meat maybe a cocao bean or two 9. scallops and tilapia in a lemon sauce. not sure if ill have another veggie or not, carb loading with veggies today on purpose. dropping the cheese back out tomorrow for a more paleo outlook on things. Just thought maybe some asparagus and spinach with dinner. I am finally convincing my body that cooked veggies are ok. Still kinda blech towards them. Basically the same every day - 3-4 slices of bacon, 3 eggs fried in bacon fat, 2 handfuls of baby spinach wilted in bacon fat - followed by some blueberries in fage or heavy cream.Lunch Baby spinach salad with avocado, bacon, splendido tomatoes and goddess dressing.Dinner Roasted salmon and green beans. |

L: Caesar salad from Quizno's but when I saw the carb and sodium counts for the dressing I ate it without. It was fine thoughD: Not sure, but it will be something fairly light. I'm going for day 2 of my workout tonight and I'm not very hungry afterwards. Probably a salad with some kind of protein lots and lots of water today |
