what's the difference between "whey isolate" and "whey concentrate"? Which one is better?

they are similar, but i looked a bit into this. for me, isolate is preferable to concentrate because it has far less cholesterol -usually none. it is more expensive to produce so it is generally more expensive, but it depends.
