Long Windshield Time HELP!!!

My job has changed and I want to start LC'ing again. What options do I have for food on the road for 8 hours a day?

Can you take a small cooler? If so, Hb eggs,salads,celery,meats,tuna,etc.

Maybe if you just packed everything seperatly then put it together when you want to eat it.. It should be fine

yeah i think they make small ones that even plug into the cigarette lighter outlet so that you don't need to bother with ice? these might be expensive, not sure
