Dexatrim to jumpstart low carbing

Anyone ever try Dexatrim to jumpstart the LC plan? Is it bad for you?

Isn't Dexatrim appetite control? If so, I don't think you will need it becuase LC naturally curbs your hunger.

Many here would tell you not to use it, and just stick it out and that after the first 48 hours or so ketosis should kick in...

I've used dexatrim before I learned about LC, and it did nothing for me. A lot of my bad eating in the past was due to emotional eating and a pill definitely made no difference.

I used Dexatrim in the way past, years ago, all it ever did for me was make me "jittery" and NEVER curbed my urge for eating, of course that is me. I would still just try and do a 2 wk. clean induction, good luck

Never had luck with dexatrim - several boxes over the years...

The cravings were stronger than it was!

Ketosis kills hunger better than any pill- and on low carb you can eat until satisfied anyway so give it a shot the natural way!!

I agree with this. You don't need the pills.

I am ashamed to say that I have tried all of them.....Hydroxycut, Trimspa, Dexatrim, Metabolife, ephedra, Diet Fuel, Ripped Fuel, and many more. None worked. They make me nervous only. The only thing that controlled my appetite was ephedra but that is not healthy.

Low carb naturally curbs your appetite. It is torture for the first few days of Induction but soon those cravings go away.
