I think that is where I have the most problems..If I could get use to them? Are they healthy? The after taste is terrible...Which one is the best???

What you will find is that everyone is different in what they can and cannot use. Were you talking about sugar alcohols (such as maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol, etc.) or sugar subs such as Sweet and Low, aspartame, etc.
You will also get many opinions on whether or not they are safe and/or healthy to use. Be prepared. Sheryl |

it almost sounds like you are just having a hard time switching from sugar to sugar substitutes? If you are asking about which ones taste the best I will definately vote for splenda. As far as making the switch from one to the other... well i've been on Artificial Sweeteners for so many years I don't even remember USING real sugar! |
