Breakfast - protein shake with 1.5 scoops jay robbs vanilla pp + instant coffee + hazlenut splenda.
Lunch - Bumble Bee southwest seasoned chix breast, 1.5c canned green beans, 1/2c. FF Ricotta cheese mixed with instant coffee and jay robbs vanilla pp Dinner - Lemon Pepper Tilapia and fresh green beans. Totals - Cals = 778 (FAT) 14g (CARB) 37g-11g(FIBER) = NET 26g, (PROTEIN) 127g |
