I really seem to be reactive to carbs

I have tried to range my carbs from 20-50 for the last 3 months and that's when weight loss slowed. Like another poster (Kinder...), I think I need to live on greens and proteins. Sucks.

Stats: 257/206/170 for now...
WOE: Atkins. Eating to BMR
Start Date: September 2007
I naturally stay under twenty. I have to force myself to eat more than that. I've dropped them back down and dropped back down to induction levels dairy too. I'm still at about 70% fat, 25-30% protein and less than 5% carbs.
I'm losing again.
Its easy for me to eat this way though and not something I have to force myself to do. I'm cool off the cheese as long as I can have a coupla tablespoons of HC in my coffee. And I'm just using vegetables like zucchini, onion and organic garden tomatoes. Not so much on the leafy green salads lately.
Its how I've felt like eating so I'm going with it.

I have not had more than the alotted amount of cheese, so it's not that for me. I dunno...I just can't figure it out.

I am the same way. I am trying something new...Atkins '72 for a few days to see if I can start losing. Yesterday I was at 141.5 and this morning I was at 138.5 so I guess it is working. I even had 3 beers last night!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but a whoosh often happens after drinking-alcohol is dehydrating. Hope it sticks though.
