Do you eat grapes?

I have been having about 1 1/2 cup a day and still losing really well. Wondering if you added grapes into your diet?

On occasion when I want them. I eat them. I look at it this way. Grapes never made me fat!

If you're losing well with them and you enjoy them then I would go with it. You are just climbing the carb ladder like you are supposed to. Maybe not in the correct "order" but adding none the less.

Going to have some frozen grapes later this afternoon. I thrive on the nutrition and taste of fresh fruit.

I haven't eaten grapes. I do eat some canteloupe, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries ALL in moderation. That is awesome if you can enjoy them and still lose!!

I'm still in induction so I don't
but frozen grapes are amazing for a nice snack

I think if you are still losing, why give them up?

I've eaten exactly 1 grape since New Year.

I was eating them a lot last year, when I was going off plan, so I am a tad nervous of re-introducing them now, in case they trigger trouble. But I'll probably give them a try next month. Will always eat them with some fat or protein or both, otherwise they'll just make me hungry enough to start gnawing my desk.

Yup, although on LC they...well, let's say I find them internally cleansing. It's odd and never happened in my HC days.
