I actually just followed atkins - moving back and forth between induction and OWL from tiem to time to swich things up. What has really worked in the last little bit (2 months) is going on to a Candida diet version of atkins. Apparently I have a candida issue and that helped significantly!

I'm debating letting myself lose another 10 lbs before maintaining ... I think I might want that safety cushion (you know???) but as it is, I will always follow the Atkins way of living...
